Scenario: Looking to get a CSV file to upload to the bank for positive pay. This uses an example column layout and limits the payee name to 35 characters. This was tested on Version 23 R2.

Example Solution:

  1. Download the XML file here
  2. Open the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) screen 
  3. Create a new Record by clicking the + button on the toolbar.
  4. Click the Clipboard dropdown and select Import from XML.
  5. Select the downloaded XML file.
  6. Go to the Access Rights by Role (SM201025) to assign security to the Generic Inquiry.
